Avocado Toast

What are some of the benefits of avocados for curly hair? Avocados found in this avocado toast recipe– are a great source of fatty acid, vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin E, folate, and vitamin B.

 

1 mini baguette of French bread (about 8”) – slice in half, lightly toast

1 medium ripe avocado – mash with fork

1 roma tomato sliced

1 small handful arugula

1 slice of red onion

1-2 Tablespoons olive oil

1/2 fresh lemon – cut into wedges

Salt and Pepper

Assemble avocado toast: spread mashed avocado onto each half of toast. Add and evenly distribute arugula, slices of tomato, and sliced red onion. Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze the fresh lemon (1 wedge of lemon on each half of toast). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
