- 4-5 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 cup vegetable broth (or water)
- 6 tbsp coconut cream or plant-based cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme
